Danny Amendola May Contribute $100 To A Boston Marathon Aid Fund For Every Cross He Attracts Next Year (And $200 For Every Dropped Move)

Danny Amendola is on the Newest England Patriots now, where he'll make an effort to persuade Bostonians that the stereotypes are correct, that all small white receivers play from the position and are unstoppable. Fans will wear their Wes Welker jerseys and maybe not spot the difference, and all will be well in Foxboro. Amendola has had a public step which will get him recognized as a unique person, nevertheless, pledging to offer $100 per reception and $200 per decline to a Boston Marathon aid fund. This probably wouldave been an improved pledge for Butterfingers Welker, but itas still a great gesture for a guy who could easily get 100 balls from Tom Brady. The greatest part? Because of the drops thing, me and my fellow Jets fans can root from the Patriots with a lot more fervor, without a trace of guilt. Rooting against the Patriots has for ages been the right action to take, and this great man has held it like that. Image via
