Fulhamas 1904 Plans for Stevenage Road Stand [PHOTO] #ThrowbackThursday

Fulham still has one of the quaintest baseball grounds in the top flight of England. A near runner-up is Goodison Park, but Fulham sets it self apart by having a smaller ground with the Cottage set in the part in addition to the lovely Johnny Haynes Stand that runs along the side of the frequency, with its gable a' among the several gables left at a ground across Britain. The team last week shared their 1904 strategies for the Stevenage Road Stand (now renamed the Johnny Haynes Stand). You can see a version of the impression here, that will be bigger and where you can see increased detail. Itas amazing to believe that exactly the same stand remains used 99 years later and has been relatively unchanged in every of that time. H/T The Original Winger.
